zombie robots!
Irish Fair last Saturday was amusing. Posted a few pictures on my lj-picture thing. Still think Irish beer is kind of nasty. I should stick to my girlie-drinks and cider. Danced like crazy people and got weird looks. It was fun though. Spent that night at the house Kat9y was house-sitting. 1 shot of brandy, nothing. 2nd shot, nothing. 3rd shot, can't stand up. Talked to the thing under the cupboard and freaked others out. One of the kitties was such a sweetie. The dog was such a yuppie dog. Even ran fancy.
Jon's b-day stuff on friday. Beach, even though it was quite cold, still amusing. Picnic with bees. Oh so many bees. Denise drove around the parking lot with her friend Joe on the car. Jon's house for movie and amorphous-blobs of people. Good times.
Saturday night dinner at Ming Tree with Sean and Ally. Yay for yummy Chinese food! Wandered aboot Target for a bit. Randomly decided to go see movie at Regal, Skyhigh, which was odd, but free. Yay free! Osseo Perkins, where we randomly ran into Alli'n and Leslie.
Sunday was Ren Fest. Dragged Jon along, met up with Ally and her friends in the middle of the day. Showed them where to buy nifty tails. Tortuga Twins new pirate skit was amusing. And of course their R-rated show, which is always fun. They had fun violating Jon's wizard-hat. Left before it ended though, in order to make it to drum jam. Ally and me had our belly-dancer-outfits. [Though, note to self; scarf-top = not made for dancing in.. must make real top for costume eventually.. ^^;;]
Today I didn't make it in to the office. Slept on and off all day. Alli'n called and invited me out to Perkins with her and Sean and Amanda. On the way to Amanda's house we saw a zombie. Some old lady in a nightgown or something wandering down the street with a vacant expression. Probably not really a zombie, but we were almost convinced for awhile. It was random. Amanda told us it was probably just one of the weirdos comming from the drug house across the street though.
Osseo Perkins, where we ran into Leslie and her friend Ryan. Crammed four of us one one side of the booth for a bit. Sean left a nice tip for the poor waitress who had to put up with our craziness. Randomly bumped into them again later at the gas station when we took Sean to get stuff.
Tomorrow I really have to go in to work. I can probably pull a 10 hour day if i can get in by 6. Then i get to see Kelly and Denise. Must remember to get gas in the morning, it was down to 2.49 down the street at Bills. (And it's really sad that that looks cheap).
Also; Two! More! Weeks! Then it'll be back up to St. Cloud. It's crazy. oO I have a lot to get done between now and then, so i have a feeling it's going to go really fast. Though most people will have already left by the middle of this week. Apparently Denise wants to hang out and get me drunk sometime? Mrow?
