Despite my ever decreasing free time, I have doubled down on the birding (somewhat to the detriment of the anime reviews side of things (DOH)).

Here's my lifers since the end of 2013.
(italicized and struckthrough birds are non ABA countable)

goodness, I wouldn't know a red headed woodpecker from a wren ( my grandfathers favorite song bird). but I do keep my eye out. you see, we have this hawk flying over our neighborhood block, and for some reason, all the other birds seem to vanish???
and lack of bird feeders. My neighbor and I do try to keep them food supplied, but it's not always possible. our two large pet food stores have moved. I think they called that a move to a more traffic intense area.
