I'm an idiot and clicked a link on an IM from a random AIM friend and now my computer's been infected. have any of you gotten one of these annoying viruses? I keep getting random pop-ups and the websites I'm trying to read frequently switch to other ad-oriented websites.

help!

do you norton's antivirus? if anything try spybot search and destroy and/or adaware (search for them on download.com)
