salmon suggestions

Does anyone have any ideas for using up smoked salmon?  I should explain that the salmon in question is *very* smoked, so it has a stronger flavor and a drier consistency than the stuff you'd usually get in the grocery store (think smoked herring).  It therefore doesn't work very well in the application we'd originally planned--i.e., served on

True, this is an improvement over the time you mailed all that tuna to my entire office. But still, your penchant for mailing seafood to me and my friends is somewhat troubling.

(Giveaway table? I personally would wonder why there was salmon on a giveaway table to begin with...)
