*fyi, Keikarou 桂花楼 is a Chinese-style cuisine restaurant owned by the family of Arashi member Aiba Masaki. His father and brother man the kitchen while his mother helps out with serving and cashiering.

Heeeya. Found your journal through Google search. lol. Thanks for the guide!!! Glad I found this.

BTW, question, is there mabo tofu single serving? I'm planning to go there alone.

Also, is it possible to take a picture with Aiba mama? Or at least shake her hands? Lol.

The mapo tofu is a standard serving. However, there are set meals (1680 yen) for single serving that includes mapo tofu.

You can't take a picture with her, but she was happy to shake our hands :) Be sure to go during lunch time to catch her (heard she's usually not around during the evenings). If you are going during concert season, do note that the queue will be horrendous going to skip visiting Keikarou again during my upcoming trip sob

Do remember to check out their website for the dates they are closed, you wouldn't want to make a wasted trip! http://www.keikarou.com/ :)

Yaaay. Thanks for the tips. So if I will be going there on Nov 30, queue will definitely be long? So I need to go there around 8am? Lol.

Are there seats for single person? I feel like most of the people are going there with company.

Oops. Edit. I just read your strike through comment. So you're not going there too in your upcoming trip because there will be long queue? It's not recommended?

I guess 30 Nov might not be that bad since the concert is in Osaka and not Tokyo. I am going for the Tokyo concert so going to Keikarou is kinda out of the question for me haha.

There are 4-seaters and 2-seater tables, so I think it will be ok?
