The interest in Presidential Politics both begins and reaches it's first morass with the Primary Process.  The Primaries are a hideous, grotesque spectacle.  The Primaries are a vicious bloodsport arena where the politicians attempt to eat themselves for a shot at the Oval Office.  I have a serious suspicion the reason incumbent ( Read more... )

Through a careful, painstaking scientific process, the cough medicine began to wear off about twenty minutes before the President was to make his speech about the "new direction" in Iraq.  Of course, since much of pharmeceutical knowledge is inexact at best, I slept through the entire speech anyway.  Luckily, Gidget Tivo'd the damn thing.
