Distractions in Early Morning

It is usually in the misty ambiance of morning that I see him. He watches with interest and intense assurance that I will make a step out of turn and he must flee the comfortable spot he has picked for the morning browsing of bramble and briar

He's wonderous! Wish I had something so glorious to arise to see. Still, I'm enjoying the squirrel family, blue jay family, and now the mated paid of woodpeckers. My city spot is getting it's own local version of wildlife. :)

Great picture. I usually see them running in the fields nearby, but not up close and personal.

He's beautiful!!! Since the move, I haven't been able to enjoy seeing my white squirrels. :( I sure miss the little guys.
