I've been waiting to read this since you first told me you were writing it! And I love it~! <3 Finn and Sam are just adorkable together (because words are better when you cram them into one). Thank you for writing this; totally awesome!
I enjoyed this. I wasn't sure I would--it's definitely an unusual pairing--but I liked everything about it. Finn calling Kurt for advice, Blaine taking over; Kurt apologizing. I really want to know what Santana and Brittany talked about and how they got back together (or if they did). I think this is a really sweet, cute, fluffy story--exactly what I needed tonight. Thank you!
Thank you so much - both for reading even though it wasn't already a pairing of yours and for leaving such a lovely comment! I'm definitely thinking about writing more within the universe of this story, including what's going on between Santana and Brittany. There may be more to come! I'm really glad you enjoyed it, and thanks again! ♥
I read this late last night - pretty sure I actually fell asleep before they left the beach house - and it gave me such happy, beachy, puppy-love dreams! They are such doofuses, and totally adorable.
I love that Kurt initially tells Finn to back off, but he also went on to apologize. The show hasn't really let him mature past his "I'm the token gay so my experiences are everyone's experience!" thing, so it's nice to see him grow a little here. It's also very believable to me that Finn would rather talk to Blaine - someone he does't know all that well, who's kissed girls, and who didn't previously have a huge crush on him - over his new brother.
My heart hurt when Finn snapped at Sam during the movie, and especially afterward -- Sam pointing out all those little inconsistencies that the show brushes away. But you really pulled them together and made a part of Finn's character. Totally awesome.
Hee, that's great! I'm happy to have caused happy, beachy, puppy-love dreams. That sounds lovely. :D
I'm really glad that you think so, on both counts. I get frustrated with the show so often for occasionally showing the flaws of a character and then tossing them aside, and it made it difficult to write them at times. But I really tried to pull them together for a complete characterization, and it's good to see that it worked.
Thank you so much! I'm really glad you enjoyed the fic. :)
