I can't help it, I feel kind of sorry for Gum in this part, but Yay for Pyro's appearance!
Usually I felt most attracted to the evil or shady characters in the fanfictions I've read so far, they are much more fascinating and mysterious, the same goes for Pyro just as you describe him in this story...well yeah ^^
And when he finally appears, it's like a suspense-packed mood...I love this chapter, thanks! <3

the thing about Gum, I wanted him to have more depth than what we saw in the movie, you know more than just the happy-go-lucky lol I wanted Kick!Gum, does that make sense? haha XD

But I do too! mysterious is always more fun ;) Writing as Pyro definitely IS fun XD
