I think it's So-Lo (just Danny, not Boingo).

Beaten to the punch.

That said, this is one of the WORST Boingo-related albums. I don't like the way he throttled back most of the songs to highlight his talents. A much better version of this song redone is on the album Boingo ALIVE, which is also one of the best "best of" albums ever done by any band.
