Haha, I've actually played like... the first hour or so of this game in Japanese. And then later ended up getting a copy (as well as the first game) kind of by accident. :D;;
Oh yeah, I remember from what I played that Lisa's "accent" made her lines utterly hilarious in the Japanese, because APPARENTLY the Japanese don't know how to make a foreigner sound like... a foreigner....
Well see what happened was I was looking for something COMPLETELY UNRELATED on yahoo auctions (namely, the special edition sets of some of the Suikoden games), and stumbled across this one auction for a lot of like.... 20+ PS1 games, at least half of which were RPGs. Including a couple of titles I'd kinda wanted. All for like. absolutely dirt cheap. And it just happened to also have both the first two Persona games in it. PURE DUMB ACCIDENTALLY STUMBLING UPON AN AUCTION AT THE RIGHT MOMENT LUCK :Db
...I think I love you. And if I can't unsee Tatsuya as zoolander, it will be all your fault.
And I bet Lisa got the letter since she regularly breaks into Tatsuya's locker to find out what competition she has and obliterate them.
And Sevens is so ridiculously full of foreshadowing. Even more after Maya/Yukki joins the party or after the first boss. Really now Maya, how can you hint at the Joker's real identity when you're supposed to have no memories of the TEN YEARS AGO business?

That reminds me that Tatsuya met Derek when he was in camp. That thread was made of so much win. They pretty much ended up just staring at each other with the same expression.
Hm, and the Joker's voice sounds like it is two voices in one? It's a male and a female voice that you hear at once. When I first started looking into P2 I thought the Joker was female because of that, since to me it sounded like the male voice was there to mask the female one :x
Well, yeah, but the female voice is like some echo in the back - let's face it, Jun's just got a fucking deep voice. D: That Eikichi's is lighter sort of made me 8| when I was younger. XD;;; I mean, I wanted the girly voice to be the Joker's real voice, but that ain't the case. 8D
