1. How did you get to know Yamapi?
I watched Buzzer Beat! I was on a streaming subbed J-drama site when I was still a n00b and didn't know about downloading them, looking for a drama I hadn't seen yet, and I happened to stumble across Buzzer Beat! :D
2. Which was the first solo song of him you heard?
I kinda don't remember but I think it was either Daite Senorita or Loveless.
3. Which was the first drama with him you saw?
Same answer as #1. :)
4. Which is your favorite song by him?
Agh, this is really hard but, Loveless. I just love it and will never get tired of it even though I know it's a sad song. :/ But I also really do like One in a million and Sleepwalking. Those would be my second and third choices. <3
5. Which character he played is your favorite?
I'd have to go with Akira. Then Naoki second and Kurosaki third. Akira was unlike any character I had ever seen before. I fell in love with him straight away. I absolutely love the way he values friendship and treasures his friends like they're precious. I know he's crazy sometimes, but he's my favorite and I love him, quirks and all. I wish I had a friend like Akira. I would have someone to take care of me and there would never be a boring moment that's for sure.
I also really like Naoki. He's the sweetest kindest guy ever, and I hope to one day find a guy like him. I just didn't like the fact that he didn't have any confidence in himself and he let that get in the way of his relationship with Natsuki. Even though I hated Natsuki for cheating on Naoki, I also kind of understood why she did what she did.
As for Kurosaki, I liked the complexity of his character and how Yamapi portrayed him, he just had this arrogant cockiness about him that was hot I couldn't imagine Yamapi to be too much that way in real life. But he would also bear all his sadness and depression on his own, which I though was quite... sad. He put up a front so well. I liked that he really didn't let anyone break that barrier he had, although Tsurara did come close. I hope there's a Kurosagi sequel somewhere in the near future!
6. Which one of his dramas is your favorite?
Hmm. I'll have to go with Buzzer Beat. It just seems like Naoki is how Yamapi would be in real life, somewhat - a sweet and caring easy-going guy, who endlessly works hard to self improve. In addition to Naoki and Riko's relationship, I thought watching Shuji and Mai together was so adorable and cute! I like how in the beginning, Mai was pretty cold towards Shuji but she eventually warmed up to him. And Shuji is also really sweet and I felt so bad that he was basically a bench warmer for the ARCS. :( Basically all around, this is my favorite Yamapi drama. :)
7. With which other JE member you'd like him to have a duet with and with which one you'd like him to be in a drama with?
Jin Akanishi for both! I absolutely adore their friendship! They are so dorky together and I love it. <3 I'm not really a Jin fan when it comes to his music, but I like his ditzy personality and it seems like he and Yamapi get along very well together with how similar they behave. Seeing them on all the shows they've been on together over the years, I just know that if they had a duet and/or made a drama, they would definitely not disappoint! Pin forever! <3
8. What do you like the most about him and what do you like the least?
What I like most about him is his drive. He is seriously the most positive motivational person ever. He is constantly working hard to improve himself for himself, and he is constantly working hard to improve himself for his fans. He loves to make his fans happy, to put smiles on their faces, make them laugh. At concerts, he always tells the audience to forget all the bad stuff and have a blast while they're there. I just really love that about him.
What I like the least about him is that he contradicts himself. "Oh yeah, I'm working super hard at dance lessons that way I can dance just as well as the back dancers!" Then what does he do? He goes and half-asses dance steps during concerts and live performances. It makes me angry because I KNOW that he's a great dancer, I know what he's capable of. So I don't know why he doesn't give his all when he dances. It's kind of disappointing when I see fancams of his concerts and half the time he's just standing there, waving. I mean those people paid good money to have their favorite idol Yamapi entertain them, and then he just stands there... :( And also, he says that when people first meet him, they have the impression that he'd be a quiet, shy person which he denies. But on TV shows and things when he's with NEWS, he rarely gives his input on things unless he's asked... I also am not a fan of his partying. I mean every once in a while, you gotta take a break and I'm totally OK with that. But when I see pictures of him when he's totally plastered, it kinda... doesn't sit too well with me. Grr. Yamapi I love you, but sometimes you fluster me, lol. xD
9. Which is your favorite performance by him in a concert?
Tough one, but I’ll pick Gomen ne Juliet from Pacific. It’s pretty unforgettable what with all the water and the unzipping and the naked. xD
10. Which is your favorite performance by him in a TV show?
LoveXXX on Shounen Club in 2005, hands down. I love the way he dances. He dances so effortlessly and appears to really be enjoying himself as well, not to mention he lifts up his shirt and exposes that wonderful skin. :)

11. Who do you ship him with? (female and male)
For female, Masami Nagasawa. As I’ve said before, it seems like they get along very well and they have a subtle chemistry. If I remember correctly, I think they went to the same high school as well. Behind the scenes of Prodai, they look like really good friends. I’m not really sure about their relationship recently, though. :/
For male, again, Jin Akanishi. They’re total goofballs together which proves how comfortable they are around each other, and although I adore their friendship, if they did take it a step further, I couldn’t really see their relationship changing much if at all. :) I also like Ryopi and Massupi, but basically anyone is fine paired with him friendship-wise, for me. <3
12. Which is your favorite hairstyle of him?
The Hadakanbou PV hairstyle, no question - the one with the bangs. And then the Kurosagi movie/Prodai SP hairstyle. Why is it that he keeps the most hideous hairstyles for a really long time, and then the ones that look absolutely gorgeous on him, he keeps for like 8 seconds?!
13. Which is your favorite PV of him?
HADAKANBOU~ I just love everything about it! It looks like he’s having so much fun and when I see him smiling, it makes me smile. :D And the hair, outfits, sunglasses, the dance steps. I just really like it!
14. Which is your favorite picture of him?
His little face here is just so precious! >_<

山P! That's how I came to know him and that's how I'll always see him. I never call him Pi or Tomo, except on super rare occasions. For me, it's always been Yamapi! Plus that's how his other fans know him and it's kind of sweet to have an endearing nickname like that. <3
