[FIC] Fall for Me::Chapter 1
Title: Fall for Me.
Pairing: Akame.

Summary: AU. Short chaptered fic.

“He’s pretty cute.”
“Mmnm...” a half-hearted response.
Akanishi Jin snapped his head up, and looked at his best friend in obvious shock, “Wait, what?”
Yamashita Tomohisa smirked, “You are staring at that guy, right?” he pointed at the direction of Jin’s not-so-secretive crush.
“He could use a little work, but he’s kind of cute.”
“I wasn't staring...” Jin muttered.
Yamashita shot him a skeptical look.
“Okay I was, but he... I was just thinking he’s gotta be anorexic or something. I wasn’t checking him out or anything.”
Yamashita just rolled his eyes. “Who are you trying to kid? What’s with you anyways? Are you scared of rejection? Is that what it is?”
“What!? No way! I can so make him fall for me.”
Yamashita raised his eyebrow questioningly. That was not the response he had anticipated, it was more along the lines of 'rejected for what?' A smirk formed at his lips and a mischievous glint glinted in his eyes, “Yeah right...” He gave a skeptic laugh, “Prove it then.”
“I will,” Jin growled angrily. But inside his angry exterior, he was panicking like a chicken with his head cut off.
‘Stupid, stupid ego!!! What did he just do!? Stupid over-sized ego... Argh!!! What was he going to do...?’
So ignoring the nudging look being thrown his way by his companion, Jin tried forming a plan. Key word being trying.
‘Just screw it all,’ he thought as he boldly started walking up to the other. His ego and pride was on the line here.
The guy in question, Kamenashi Kazuya, was the ace of their school baseball team despite still being a freshman.
“Hey!”
He and his two friends looked up at him, “If I hit any of your pitches, do whatever I say.”
Kame immediately furrowed his face in confusion or outrage, one or the other, “What?”
“I said I’m challenging you to baseball. If I hit any of your balls, hotshot, you do whatever I say.”
“Who do you think you are?” One of his friends, Tanaka Koki -reputed as the school’s biggest loudmouth- growled, grabbing him by the collar. Kame tapped him on the arm, signalig for him to let go, “I accept your challenge.”
Jin smirked. How hard could it be to hit a ball with a stick?
