He didn't say how much he cut his hair, but he said he's going to post a picture on Myspace soon.
About the piercing, yes, he took off the lip piercing:

i love them regardless, always will, its them and their music that really matters... more so them and their health...............but still...*whines* the piercing was hot!!!! i'm so upset.
