It's a testament to your good character that you can feel sorry for the flaky NAM. Do NAMs get paid a lot more than coordinators? I guess it's quite a fall.

I don't know what the pay rate is, but I imagine NAMs get paid a lot. They're the top tier of the salespeople. I don't know if they earn strictly commission or salary plus commission, but this NAM had dozens of accounts with hundreds of thousands of dollars in sales if not millions.

I know they make a hell of a lot more than coordinators! LOL ^_^
