Just had an earthquake about half an hour ago. Its especially freaky when you're alone in the basement and the whole house starts shaking :/ First thing I did was run upstairs and check my aloe vera plant because its wobbly and I'd be pissed if it fell over and I'd have to clean it up and vacuum all the earth that fell out of the pot..again!!! lol

Well.. that explains it then :) I'm just glad it didn't occur again when I was in bed. Unless it did and I didn't feel anything,but I doubt it.

I felt my first (and only) earthquake back in Montreal. It woke me up out of a sleep and I thought it was a ideling big rig outside my window LOL
I didn't even know it was a quake until I saw the new later that day.

Hahahaa ya its funny how people think its a big vehicle rumbling outside at first. That was my first thought too. Then my friend called me and said she felt it too so I was like "woah ok then that's different." :P

Thanks! ya it wasn't a huge one,but enough to freak me out since we don't really get earthquake's here often. Nope nothing fell over or fell,everything's fine :)

Yes!! that damned plant lol!! if you only knew how many times that thing has fallen over and left a clumpy dirt mess on my carpet!! grr!! so yes I had to go and check that it was still safe :p I hate cleaning up after it hahahaa!
