I hope they find whoever did that and do the same to themThat's just sick. I can't fathom how anyone would want to do that to a poor defenseless animal. On top of that, I dunno how no one saw it or heard the poor thing

A society bred to be non confrontational, boxed in a building and made to be quiet has a habit of learning to ignore the barking of dogs.

Maybe if we had a more confrontational less accepting society we might not see things like this.
