For those of you in Dallas/Ft.Worth, if you ever decide to hire a professional maid service, DO NOT use Dial-a-Maid. Their professionalism is non-existent. We scheduled a house cleaning for this morning like a week and a half ago for 11am. They didn't show. Tim called them after an hour had past and they said "oh, we're running an hour late."
