So I'm sitting here at work. I am supposed to be able to sleep on this shift, but my administrator scheduled a new guy to come in to train under me. This makes me feel extremely uncomfortable as it is hard to train someone for hands-on direct care shifts on an overnight when all the residents are sleeping.
