There has been a slight dip but not enough to make it truly worrisome for me. I still have a good bit of interaction here and find support when I need it and just have fun when that's on the menu, also. I think it comes and goes like the ocean tides, really. Some days I see more traffic than I can keep up with adequately and others it slows to a lull only to come back again full force. I'm on every day so I guess that's helped me be in tune with the ebb and flow. I've found, that for me, a give and take keeps it lively.
I love seeing you here, Annie. Your posts always jump out at me from my friend's page...in a good way! :)

How could I not? We share a love of this adopted country of mine (ours, really...you, too feel as if Spain were home) and then, you also understand what I want to say so very often. We have lots of shared emotions... :)
It comes and goes really, LJ-activity. I`m quite busy now but have hardly been on for weeks before. You're right, it *is* bad manners. Disconcerting too probably, internet is a funny medium in that regard. Very difficult not to overstep the mark at times.
I've been reading your LJ and will comment when the dust settles in my life. I've never been to your part of the Netherlands but have been in the Netherlands often. It was very interesting to read about where you are from and that if you don't have a surname from that area how things are for you. It is the same in parts of the U.S., particularly in the midwest.
I think (but don't really know, haven't counted) that my own posting remains pretty much the same frequency as always... I never was an every-day poster. But I know I miss the more-frequent entries of our mutual friend JJ (or JJJ as it is, I guess), which always kept things lively.
Oh, I am so glad you are still around and posting. I used to post every day but now I hardly post at all. Can't seem to write for a general audience anymore.
I have not noticed any decline in activity but I suppose there are always people going dormant as new people make journals so to keep a level of response perhaps one needs to be continually adding new people a little?
For awhile, I was really into LJ but the enthusiasm isn't the same. I don't write posts that enthrall and my friends page is sparse. I'm wondering if I haven't made the filters :D.

what I write interests much so a
reciprocal kind of thing there
probably wouldn't be.
