My Friends Page has a number of entries and
I'm glad. I was afraid LJ had been made
redundant by Facebook and Twitter.
I haven't gotten on either one of those and
probably won't. LJ is just my speed. I enjoy
reading the different kinds of journal entries,
much more personal it seems to me.
Hope there's an LJ revival.

Oh me too.
I have read your recent entries, and was very happy to see you back, but felt I didn't really know you well enough to comment meaningfully on such emotional subjects just yet - you might have been inclined to go "Who? Why is this person commenting here?".

glad to see you!

Yes, it does seem as if today has been more lively.
:)
I personally know lots of folks who are finding FB superficial these days and are coming back here more often.

then I'd be on it but I'm sure glad you still
use LJ, too!

so hopefully LJ has a long way to go before it
is caput. Sure, Facebook and Twitter are very
useful but I think for me LJ is it. I'm a
walking anachronism, longing for the days of
pen and paper and dial telephones!

gonna' take someone with a lot of patience
to step me through FB if I ever get to that.
I remember how hard LJ was for me and were it
not for daisydumont and seraphimsigrist, I'd've never
gotten the hang if it. I drove 'em nuts asking
formatting and other goofy questions. seraphimsigrist
even had to tell me how to use my browseer and
how to refresh the page. But, I finally got it!
