Seriously, Charlotte is not much of a college atmosphere. The college is situated very far away from the actual city.
You are definitely right about the lack of diversity in the school population. Everyone just seems like cookie-cutter copies. There are very few diverse student organizations, because of this. Like, it is just about impossible for me to find more DDR players, or anime geeks, or even non-Christians.
There are SOME great teachers here, especially in the philosophy and psychology departments. The architecture department is INSANE here (the students never leave the damn department...). You can find hard workers, but it just seems like I'm back at South Granville. The stuff is there, but it's not the top quality I would like.
Just...REALLY think about this. I think I might be biased because some horrible life decisions led to me ending up stuck here, but the stuff I've put here is some general stuff more than just I have noticed.
