Last fall... we took a little trip back to my grandmother's farm. I had spent a great deal of my childhood there. I found the pictures again today and thought that now I know how.. I should share some of the amazing cloud pictures I took that day.

Gorgeous! Mind if I steal them and maybe use later somewhere? I would credit you of course.

That would be fine.... I'm not that great a photographer that I think most would want to steal them... *grin* use away

Wonderful pictures. Isn't it weird how things change over time sometimes! Ok that sounded silly but hopefully you understand what I mean heh. When I visit the places I grew up as a kid it is almost unrecognizable, but then when you look closer and freshen up your memories, you can exactly see how things were back then.

In my heart and memory... I will always see the place that was there. Even though it is actually more "beautiful" now... it will never be as nice as my memories of the events that happened on the old place.

The cloud photos are idyllic. The road that leads away from the farm meets its vanishing point in an evocatively poetic way.

Thank you for sharing these photos. I am also a lover of clouds.

Thanks... I have been fascinated by them for years. As a child.. I used to lie on this rock and just watch the clouds. They kept me busy for hours... seeing shapes and characters in them.. telling me stories.
