So I'm a few days into my CNA class... Oh yeah, I got into a class, quit the school and am attempting to get my certification. Its kind of a risk cuz theres no gaurantee that I'll be chosen for clinicals to get to to try for certification. So in cleaning out the storage building on Sunday I came across 6 undeveloped rolls of film in a drawer of stuff. I took those rolls to Walmart yesterday and had them put on CDs. Back to work, it sucks giant balls. We looked into me quitting my job and seeing what kind of government assistance we'd be eligible for. Sadly it was nothing except WIC. So the fact that I won't actually get any of my paychecks until December 18 because they're taking out insurance premiums I owe from my leave pretty much screws us massively for ( Read more... )

So, Tony had his 1 month physical today. He's grown a full inch in the month he's stared at the light of day, and ate his way up to a happy 9lbs 3oz. They officially diagnosed him with reflux and prescribed meds for it, then informed me that said reflux had caused him to have an ear infection.
