I haven't posted in ages and I miss it sometimes. I have frantically been trying to find clothes for student teaching and trying to relax. I saw Alina on New Years Eve - it was so good to see her. I have officially spent way too much money. I should never go shopping with Mom. I got three new pairs of slacks - no more bottoms for me unless I find an awesome kakhi skirt. Don't get me wrong, I love to shop. I like it even more when I have money. I don't really like to shop for me though, it feels better to shop for friends. I spent all afternoon trying on clothes and all I found was one skirt and one pair of navy slacks. :( Shopping can be depressing.

It's official - I WILL student teach in the Spring. The class I was worried about my grade in - the five hour language arts and social studies methods course - I got a B in. I got a B, a B!!! I got A's in my reading practicum (that was a fought for A), Environmental Literature class, and Handbells. YAY for me ( Read more... )

To tell the truth I finally realized this morning that this is my last round of real finals ever. I know I have one more semester of school, but that's student teaching and there are no real finals with student teaching.
