Last night, in Jerusalem, we experienced a hot rain. It doesn't usually rain here in May, and certainly not in a tropical hot rain kind of way.

Today, the sky is yellow. See for yourself:

whoa that's so weird.

i remember the first time i was in israel, it was the summer and i was at the Tekhniyon up on top of the Karmel, and it started lightly drizzling at night and i *froke out because i had always been taught that it doesn't rain in Israel during the summer. None of the Israelis seemed to care, though. :-P

last time (the only time) I saw summer rain and a yellow sky it was because there was a dust storm too. So it rained mud.

Nope... The rain came first. Well, actually, the dust was also yesterday, but it wasn't so bad.
