so my mom and i finally decorated our christmas tree. The poor tree has been sitting there neglected for the past two weeks because the first I was in RI and then my mom was in Florida and neither of us wanted to do it without the other so we had to wait until now. But now that its done it looks beautiful and is putting me in the Christmas spirit

that pink/grey/black houndstooth fabric is my favorite fabric. I have it in Savannah and also bought a skirt made from it. Small world... but your purse looks nice

And I also made quilts for Christmas.. I'll post pics of em too after everyone's gotten them.

thanks, the purse was pretty difficult for me, it definately took a lot of trial and error, I am very happy with the way it turned out though.

sweet, are you brining your sewing machine back? I think we are turning my sunroom into a homework room and we have a huge table set up that would be perfect for a sewing partaaay!
