[Meanwhile, Sunao is sort of taking a nap on the Horton rooftop (lying there with eyes closed anyway,) and resting from the usual water-making and purifying, supply gathering and running around.]

It's been two years. Sometimes it's hard to picture things...

...it's not too common. I think only about 5 people have been here that long, or longer.

You get used to it. Or, it's a little easier when you make important friends in a place like this.

[Except they've all gone home recently, or not so recently. It doesn't make it any less true, but it's a bit sad to say anyhow.]

Have you been to the greenhouse?

Mm. I loved gardening back home, so it's...upsetting, to think I haven't been able to in a while.

The greenhouse? Ah...I didn't even know there was one!

It's being repaired right now... It'll be awhile until it looks the way it did before.

Did you want to help us replant some things? I can do some of it, but only what a friend here taught me--I'm not the best at it.

Yes. I haven't had a chance to go home...

...sometimes it doesn't seem like a long time. Maybe in the last few months though.

It depends what you're spending the days on--or who you're spending them with.

Still, it's been an interesting two years. I wouldn't take any of it back.
