adam, eve and the evolution

In biology class we watched a movie called "Adam, Eve and the Evolution". As one can guess, it was about the discussion whether we humans are evolved animals or that we were created by God as a superior race.

I have to say beforehand that I do not believe in God. I'm not religious, I'm more scientific oriented. BUT this does not mean that I think those who believe in God and the Creation Myth are stupid or wrong. Hell no, it's alright if people believe in it. I just don't.

What made me really mad about the movie were the people who represented the Christians thoughts, because they were really intolerant concerning those who believe in the Evolution theory. One of them said (unfortunately I can't remember the names) that those, who don't believe in God and the Ceation Myth are Satanists. Okay? I don't think that he has the right to assume that I'm a Satanist and that God will judge about us all. (.... because I don't believe in Satan either.)

Aside from that, the people were really intolerant concerning homosexual relationships and marriage, as well as other religions (Hinduism, Islam etc.) which made me really mad, too. One even said that we just believe in the Theory, but aren't they just believing in the bible, too? What makes it so different, I don't get it.

But asdfgfhgjgf I'm not a Satanist. And I don't want to assume that everyone who believes in the Creation Myth thinks bad about those, who don't. Of course not. I'm sure there are really tolerant people among them too.
I just felt like writing this down.

Okay, I'll post again in a few hours because I need you guys to check my fail!Japanese. The letter for Hide is almost finished and I'm pretty proud about that.
But let's leave this for later! \o/
