I love how you've woven the scenes from Mikey's past in with the present text. It's a creative approach that works really well, and I absolutely adore it. I also love how easily this world works - no one seems out of place at all - and Johnny! He is hilarious!

This really feels like one of the best Summer of Like stories ever - there's the hope, happiness and honesty mixed in with the surety that this is how things are supposed to be right at this moment, whether it's Mikey and his last chance or Pete and Mikey not caring about the cameras around them. Beautifully done, right. ♥
