Rather than lessening the calories, try cutting back on red meat! And do excercises twice a day, like jogging and crunches. See, calories aren't necissarily what make people gain weight. Calories give you energy, and if you don't exercise to burn some of those off, those calories turn into fat. Just make sure you're exercising enough! ^_^ Beside, calorie counting is really hard. Cutting out things like red meat, junk food, junk food, and SODA (you wouldn't believe how much just cutting out soda completely effects people!) will make a good difference, and it's healthier than not getting enough calories, which help you function.

Haha, I just have a bunch of friends and family who are nutritionists or vegetarians, and those vegetarians know ALOOOOT about what food are really good for you. Even my friend Andy admits that fish and chicken ARE good for you in small amounts, although he won't eat them. Actually, red meat is entirely useless since you can get much more of the same nutrition from alot of other, more healthy sources. O:

yup yup!! gosh soda and junk eats up ALL your calories and they disappear so fast! wholesome fruits are a better substitute for sweets.
