Update - Because It's Here

Swam 2.3k today. I need to push towards two hours of swimming if I'm going to see any results, but I suppose it's better than nothing, even if, weighing in before I started doing laps, I was back up in weight again; it's largely useless on my schedule to try and lose weight ( Read more... )
