Wow, bb, you're just doing SO much. It's amazing. I was thinking about you this morning, and wondering how you were doing, what you were up to. I knew you'd be doing just fine, but still, it's impressive to hear about it. I'm sorry you've been sick (and injured - good God, man!), but I hope you're taking care of yourself and will be feeling better soon, ankle and illness both. For the ankle, keep using ice until the swelling is gone. I'm not there to fuss over you directly, so let me do it long-distance, okay? ;)

I need to read the post more slowly, but my flight is about to board. Heading to Florida for a Harry Potter convention. Take care, hun. WE MISS YOU! (I miss you.)

Fuss away! It's mostly good now. A little bit more swollen today than yesterday because I had 4 straight classes in the heat but nothing terrible. My life's pace is finally settling down, though... And now I can get back to fan fiction/fandom land! Hee!

Can't wait for the pictures!

Aw, 5 pages of rambling text a bit of a strain? And no commentary? How do I know you're not lying? XD

Because I'm too tired to write a commentary. And with so much how could I pick what to comment on??? Unless I too wrote a short novel.

lol Reminds me. I read so much in my breaks that one of the middle school teachers insists I should take up writing and become a famous author so she could say she knew me. XD

I was wondering where you were, then all of a sudden, you appear~

I'm jealous. But I'm seriously happy that you finally found some peace of mind.

My bestfriend got offered a job for Interac today. March start, but still, it makes me go >:I because I'm still working in a department store part time. But I'm trying~ It's been concluded that teaching just isn't my fate though. But someday I hope I can raise funds to have a trip like yours to find work. But it's highly unlikely. I am in so much debt.

Waiting for 二章目 wit batted breath~

I've just been so damn busy that I could never articulate my thoughts. I mean between two illnesses, the busted foot, moving, and my sister's vacation to Tokyo, and the whole newness of this job... Wow. How am I alive again? Huh.

Anyway. Thank you. ^_^

I saw your entry lamenting that teaching just wasn't for you. But, you know, it's just a launching pad for most of us. If you do take a trip like mine, don't rule it out, yeah? And oh do I wish you luck in getting that pulled off. Think of it this way: Atleast you're working (and working towards a goal) now?

Just posted!

... she lives! :D

I, too, need to re-read this entry with more thought when I have more time in my hands (have been working in a company of my own field of study for good three weeks now), but it is nice to hear from you. And, about reaching that certain peace of mind: that is, you know, something that not everyone is capable of. I'm proud of you. <3

Hope to hear more from you soon!

<3 <3 <3 Yes, I am alive. XD Just barely! Summer vacation starts tomorrow and the kids have been riled up because of it. I had no idea you'd started a new job! Fantastic! I need to catch up on LJ as soon as I'm free. Y_Y

Oh! And just posted the second half of this 10 page entry with more details about the job itself.

sounds like the neighborhood's alright. I wouldn't mind living in projects like those.

ack all the health problems though

random connection but I have a second cousin who's an English teacher somewhere in Kyushu. He's just married a Japanese woman.

I don't mind at all, either.

Yeah. But at least they were kind of amusing in hindsight.

*sigh* Foreign men and Japanese women. If only it worked the other way, too.
