WORSHIP ME AND MY RETRO FLOOR TABLE

Aug 12, 2010 20:43

Can I just say I'm proud of myself? I went to the bank and got out money AND talked to the teller and got them to print my routing number on my bank book. I also paid off the outstanding balance on my Toshima insurance at the combini and the entire year's worth of Nishi Tokyo Insurance at city hall. Then I went all the way to Shinagawa's ( Read more... )

*worships*

I'm so glad you're doing well, bb. You are indeed a god, and a very logical one at that. ;)

Dude, you can always be proud of that. So many many people (myself included) can't.

<3 <3 <3 Thank you. Some of the really savvy people I meet here tend to throw off my perspective. A lot.

That's awesome! Did you have to do much reading during these errands?
You should totally post a picture of your furnitured apaato.

I got a few chapters in of that 3rd book in the Earthsea series that I've been slowly reading on the train all break. But, mostly no. I tweeted it but they had Korean dramas up on the big screen during my longest wait at the immigration office. Much of the rest of the time I was walking or on a bus which doesn't loan as well to reading when the bus is as crowded and the weather so disagreeable as it was yesterday.

lol I will when my last piece of furniture comes in. I ordered a 'semi double bed' which is really just a wide single mattress on mini silts. Simple as can be but maybe now I won't wake up more exhausted than I went to sleep.

お疲れ! 良くできました! Hahahaha. I know how you feel. I want someone to hold my hand when I take my driving test, but that is unlikely. However I have someone to hold my hand for a meeting with one of my elementary schools. I can do that by myself. Argh. Never when you need it. LoL I'm such a chicken about my test.

Anyways, I'm proud of you too! <3 <3 <3

You're braver than me. I can imagine doing the driving test alone after some decent prep, but after my 5 school visits I can never imagine doing that alone. VPs and Principals just freak me out sometimes. All that official Japanese business etiquette... ugh. More stress than I need.
