Back 'home' and tbh it feels very surreal right now. Unfortunately I got a migraine on the plane - worst timing ever and such bad luck as I hadn't had an attack for a year. The very nice gay men looked after me though but at one point I felt so bad I could have chucked myself off the plane if I thought it would help. Anyone who suffers with these

I know what you mean about the takeaway malarky. We ate KFC and stuff when we came over in Sept and I got the po0s :( My stomach doesnt like takeaway or alcohol anymore. Gave up smoking 7 months ago too (as has sigve 3 months ago) my body doesnt feel or look it but it must be feeling better ....

Well done on the smokes, I stopped soon as I got back to England, only been about four days but I'm pleased with myself and well done Sigve too cos I recall him liking the cigs.
I'm sure that you are looking better but the most important aspect of all this is health and after all that time of better living its got to be working for ya. I'm on the same kick myself now, cant fuck about no more - got to get health sorted and back in the work force (eeek!!)
