Interesting the delay in this showing up. When I've done phone posts, it is posted right away. Odd.

I could have sworn I heard your voice before when you've done a phone post, but it wasn't how I remembered it, so maybe not.

How long was the delay? I'm trying to remember exactly when the power went out last night, but I think it was after 10, and it was on again before midnight.

I've done a few voice posts before, but this was my first in quite a while. I could go through the archives, but I'm too lazy to do that. This was the first time John has been on one before, though.

And boy, was that transcription inaccurate.

This post showed up after you had made one saying the power was back.

Huh. I could have sworn you made a post about the power going out, but now I'm not finding. So if you didn't delete it, I must be imagining things (or you had mentioned it in a comment or Facebook). Still, I immediately had a reaction that "Wow, this took awhile to post, since he's already said the power is back!"

I posted that the power is back on Facebook immediately after it came back on, but not here until yesterday morning. Still, I made this post about 15-20 minutes into the power outage, which lasted at least another 45 minutes or so. So it's certainly weird that it didn't show up for quite some time. Maybe they wanted to get it poorly transcribed first.
