I especially like when the animals behind him frighten him a bit, or when there are people dancing with him.

Yeah, that guy is pretty great. I don't know where he's from but the Fremont troll isn't in exactly in downtown Seattle and it's not really a touristy destination like the space needle so he's at least spending some time in these places.
