Sam Brownback, you're amazing

Apparently it's now okay to block a federal judge nomination because you don't like/approve of her friends. This has absolutely nothing to do with her education, judicial experience, or anything else. If Brownback is elected president, I'll be the first one in line to move to Canada.

And it sounds like other than him, she has the support of the necessary committees, so hopefully she'll get the job anyway. Yay!
