one week down. i survived. i like the people i work with, a lot. i respect my administration, i get support. with block scheduling we teach some classes first 1/2 year and the others the next. when i finally get the schedule figured out i will be much happier. knowing that i am not the only one with a crazy schedule and one of many that need to

Good luck with the year and have some fun. In talking to some of my high school employees, I don't understand how anyone, students or teachers, can keep these screwy schedules straight. At least I don't have to ;-)

hi hun, no the worse thing is the schedule. i know my stuff and how to teach it. this place is layed back, my partners understand thatr i am confused and may be late. in the high school my partners did not want special ed students i their classes and thought i had a cushy job, and made their job harder. " i wish i was a special ed teacher..." i only thought " yeah, you souldn't survive a year" but i just smiled and said, you too can go back and get the certification..."
