I want this month to be over so that I can leave. People are trying to tell me that it's gonna be more expensive than I have been expecting. I'm not too worried about it, I've done a really good job saving, and nothing helps like a tax return

Hey,

So my current plans in Ireland look like:

April 30: Arrive at Dublin Airport, figure shit out.

I will probably be in Dublin staying at some kind of a hostel or something for at least a week trying to coordinate the rest of my time there (emailing people about interviews and so on). It would be great to see you, though I am sure you will be way more ambitious as far as seeing stuff than I will be. I assume Dublin is probably your jumping off point too. I am saving a lot of money in India, so if nothing else, I'll take you guys out to dinner :)

that is actually the last leg of the trip. Since you are gonna be in Ireland anyhow it would be awesome to hook up. I am actually renting a car with Kathleen and we are going to spend a week looking around Ireland. I'm sure I can find some city with relatives or duggan's pub or something as silly. So yeah we land at Dublin the following day. life is funny when things like that work out. And how long have you been in India? Seems like a month or so

It has actually been a bit more than two months, but every city is totally different so I don't feel like I know "what's going on" in India despite having been here so long.

I don't know if you are aquainted with my travel journal on livejournal user name gwenswatson. I keep it separate so that I have the opportunity to freely vent on my ongoing journal without, say, my grandparents reading it. :)
