Hey folks. not much new, but enough to post about:
- Mudrun: I realize how weird this is going to sound coming from me, but on Sunday I actually participated in a race! Its the "World Famous Mudrun" held up in Camp Pendleton. Its a 10K race with obstacles and mudpits. It was pretty nifty, but the word race is pretty deceiving. I imagine the ( Read more... )

ARGHHH!!!!
Foiled, once again! I posted yesterday that we were supposed to get a tentative ruling on an MSJ, but the court once again postponed releasing its ruling and the hearing. We're now scheduled for one week from today. Talk about fighting justice! -

Hey all, I'm posting from the new office. we actually moved in this week, so I get my very own badass office with a view of the bay. when I get a chance, Ill post some pics of the super cool office. whats even awesomer is that i get to keep my horn here and ive actually practiced for the past three days. so much has happened that i couldnt possible accurately post it all up here. so, ill see if I can do a quick bullet point thingy:
- I passed the bar!
- I got sworn in!
- Lots of fun people have been out to visit us!
- I did my first deposition on my berfday!
- I get to say "Appearing on behalf of the plaintiff" in court proceedings!
