Busy, busy...
Hmm... OK. Well, I'm clearly not someone to whom regurgitating my thoughts into writing comes naturally. Also, life seems to be coasting along nicely as of late, so there's not much really to talk about I guess.
Married life is nice. Except I was awoken this morning by my husband telling me to "move over" when he actually had more room than I did, which irritated me to no end! But in the grand scheme of life, incredibly minor. And he's so damn sexy I have to forgive the small stuff, cos just looking at him is a treat! Lol. And of course, he's usually such a sweetie, which is probably why his non-sweetness this morning affected me more than it really warranted... Ah well!
Church was good tonight, all about healing and stuff. I must admit, good as the sermon was, I really do get the most out of fellowshipping with my church family afterwards. Oh, also I get a lot out of the worship, I find it gets me back into a better headspace.
I'm going lingerie shopping on Thursday night with my friend, in whose wedding I'm going to be a bridesmaid. That will be lots of fun! I'm very much looking forward to it, I feel like I haven't been able to contribute as much as I would have liked, being about 30 mins away from her, so this will be lovely. Also, we had them out for dinner on Wednesday, and instead of moving away like they were planning to do this year, they're actually staying locally, so I'm very excited about that. Most of my friends are actually my husband's friends, but these are MY friends, so it will be nice to have them around still, I was going to miss them terribly but now we can still see each other regularly. Yay!
Hubbie and I went out for tea with his nursing friends Tuesday night, that was really nice. I haven't been out to a proper restaurant with him for a while, and it's always nice to go out with friends, even work friends. Those women are crazy! It was a great time. We really should catch up with them more often.
Work is going along gangbusters for me. I'm getting new clients all the time, so hopefully I'll be fully booked soon! I need to be, Hubbie starts uni this week. Scary! But exciting. I'm really loving doing the family day care, it's definitely what I'm meant to be doing at this time in my life. Really worthwhile.
I'm loving season 7 of NCIS, and I'm so glad it's back on the telly here. But it totally sucks that we're so far behind, I'm too scared to read any current information out there, in case it contains spoilers I don't want to know about until I get to see the episode! Argh. Stupid channel 10. I hope it won't be too much longer before they release season 6 on dvd here either. That will be nice when it comes out.
