Milk includes all products made from and containing milk: cheese, yogurt, etc. Yogurt is the absolute worst milk product of them all, though.

This is really timely and helpful, MJ, I'm glad you posted it. I'll be very careful of what I serve you this weekend. I picked up Silk at the grocery. The weather will be fallish - wet & chilly part of the time, maybe sunny and chilly part of the time. Dress accordingly. Can't wait to have you and Wil here for a couple days. :)

I just thought, we know what you can't eat, but what do you dislike even though it isn't an allergen for you? Liver? (blech), lamb? (yum), chicken, beef, buffalo (we can actually get it h),

and what kind of diet drink do you like. At least I remember you drink diet drinks. Our diet is so 'usual' for us without anything we can't eat but several things we don't like (liver! blech) also what veggies do you like or horribly dislike? Don't want you starving.
love, Carole

She likes diet vanilla pepsi. Diet vanilla coke will suffice, too. Diet coke with lime or diet pepsi with lime are also favorites. If worse comes to worse, she'll drink plain diet coke, but she won't drink regular coke, and nothing caffeine free.

thanks. at least she can have something to drink. :) We have lots of hamburgers here, and I bought some porkchops - maybe what I'll do is cook the pork chops for you and us and hamburger for her - or a smallish steak if I can find it in the freezer. I want her to enjoy her dinner, too.
