The only country music station in the Boston metro area has morphed into a classical music station. A choice of classical music stations already existed. This is a sad day.

Does this mean I no longer have to dread Station #6?

Don't despair! What happened is that the classical station and the country station just switched frequencies. The country station is now 102.5. I know nothing about radio terminology, but I think they switched because the country station needed a stronger signal (because it has more fans than the classical station). :)
