David has been falling a lot recently too. It's not fun.

For you hair, comb the shampoo into dry hair, especially at the back of your neck, then get in the shower.

It should stop the problems.

Whimper. That all sounds horrible. I hope the pain eases between now and when you see the doctor, and that the appointment yields useful information and effective treatment.

Have you called your doctor, nurses line, or equivalent?

Well, I'd remembered that all my specialists moved to a new big building about an hour away, but I'd forgotten all the Urgent Care is there, too. I can't drive that far now, so I'll go back to narcotics round the clock.

He always uses his cane, but it's been harder for him to walk. And coughing has been loads of no fun.
