I'm working at the Rio de Janeiro International Film Festival at the moment. That's why I haven't updated this last week. I'm working and watching some very interesting films. Some are just too weird. Some are just brilliant. That's how it is in a Festival, isn't it? Two weeks and over 400 films from all over the world to choose from

Sounds like the festival could be fun but tiring - 400 films in 2 weeks, how do you manage!

I plan on watching about 25 films. The whole festival is exhibiting more than 400 films but that's just impossible.

It is very tiring but it's very much worth it. I worked at the festival last year too and I learned lots of cool things and made good acquaintances.

Oh my gosh, I just learned from pilar that you're the one with that awesome avatar. I saw it before once, and then I had trouble remembering where I saw it. Can I just say that it makes me melt?

A film festival that sounds so cool.
A couple of years ago one of my roomates was a filmaker from Romania, his film won a couple of festival awards and was almost nominated for an Oscar, kind of cool.

Yes, that's very cool! I know some potential film makers from college myself and I'm very enthusiastic about their new works.

Eu trabalhei no Festival 2 anos seguidos, e foi maravilhoso! Cansativo mas maravilhoso. Ano passado não deu e esse ano idem porque caiu no meio da minhas provas na faculdade. :(

É, eu lembro de ter visto você lá no recrutamento ano passado. Também não acho que dê pra eu continuar. Esse deve ser meu último ano. É a vida... hehehheh
