Why not move servers? Most realms are offering server transfers. I honestly have had no problem (except the occasional world PVP which I fly off and ignore). Horde and alliance win in even amounts with our BGs and I really haven't had a huge problem with assholes.

Even if your server isn't doing transfers, maybe its worth the, what, $25 to move to another server?

Yeah, my sever isn't one of those offering free transfers but I might pay for one. I assumed it was the same on every server.

I honestly don't think people would play horde if it was.

Now I'm not going to say that there isn't ganking on a PVP server - that's PVP. I get frustrated occasionally at people who camp me, but in general, I get more enjoyment out of the game than I do frustration. (and I'm resto! I'm the perfect target for ganking).

I rolled my rogue right before BC, and I still had to turn in about 75 stacks of runecloth. But, I did it for the mounts, right before they fixed rep bonuses for starter zones.
