today started off great no food whatsoever just water and lots of it. Then I fuckin went out to eat with my mom and her boyfriend and I only ate a salad, but they ordered chips and salsa and I ate some of that

i know what your going through, lots of people do. you have the strength to do this, you just need the will. learne to say NO when offerd food, when it comes to family on the other hand you have to be more careful. never let on that you have an ed. you will lose wieght, i no you will. if you ever need to let of some steam, just email me, im here for you.
