talking about it with alana made me question whether the sharing of such poetry of life, of acknowledging my personal taboos on my dynamic desire, was a part of an abusive pattern for me.

i think that it is important to be both forgiving and vigilant about not repeating patterns that you don't like, towards yourself and others. you are brave to question what causes you to do things that you do that are against what you feel like you want to be.
