I've made a point of not getting sucked into TV shows, but I think I might have to reconsider or at least make an exception for LOST which seemed to start off well and only seems to get better and better.

Tell me about it? It'll be 2-3 years before it makes it onto terrestrial TV over here but it'll be good to know why I should be looking out for it.

It's about an airliner that, through a strange series of events, crashes on an island in the South Pacific, and the survivors who have to come to grips with the fact that they may or may not be rescued, the latter being the most likely. In the meantime, even the heroes amongst them have secrets, and there is something strange about the island as well. They're definitely not alone. They've got company, and it's not human.

There's a bit about it here, here and here (you might want your Yahoo pop-up blocker on for the last two). And a little short video here for you for when you get home. :)

Gah! So I missed the middle of the show, but still I loved what I saw last night.
I'm reminiscent of how I used to feel after an episode of Alias with the cliffhangers and all the mystery, though I suppose that is not unexpected seeing as it's by some of the same people.

Well, fear not! ABC is repeating the entire 2-hour pilot for one time only this Saturday. :)

I guess I'd better bust out the VHS tapes. I've heard such good things about Lost and have been wanting to see it, but Wednesday is bath night in our house so I don't get to watch much TV during the time it's on. Like you, I usually don't watch new shows on purpose because I don't want to get hooked but this one looks like it would be worth getting addicted to. And, it has the actor who played Charlie on Party of Five. How I loved that show! :)

This is definitely archive-worthy. So, bring out those tapes! See my post to belita013. :D

And isn't Matthew Fox ageing well? (I loved Party of Five!)

He is ageing well!
My friend and I both agreed on that point during last week's episode. And he always was my favorite on Party of Five. :D
